Is it easy to get into Manipal?

If you are talking about engineering then admission is all based on merit. Bad luck if you thought of donation. There is no management quota nor any reservation. All merit based on the MUOET Exam rank.

EDIT:

In 2018 the cutoffs went quite high like last year I had got 91 marks with a rank of 19000, this year a friend of mine got 91 marks with a rank of 22000, so you can see the demand rising.

The main campus is difficult to get into because of it’s track record which leads to high cutoffs. The Jaipur campus in a short span of 6–7 years has managed to improve itself. In 2018 the cutoffs went quite high like last year I had got 91 marks with a rank of 19000, this year a friend of mine got 91 marks with a rank of 22000, so you can see the demand rising. We’ve got professors from the main campus with tons of experience helping MUJ to improve the quality.

Even my father’s professor from NERIST, Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe, AICTE Chairman is quite impressed with the fast growth & also said us that’s it’s possible that in the next few years jaipur campus can be one of top in the country.
