Considering placements, college life and Infrastructure I would say MSRIT is better. But here you are comparing different branches. So now, during placements you’ll have less core companies coming and you’ll end up having a IT job (you have more opportunities in IT field) .
So if you are getting CSE in BMSIT, I would say choose it as BMSIT is not too behind than MSRIT. Also you’ll be eligible to almost all companies visiting the campus providing you have 60%+ in your academics.
