Is it better to join ISE in Ramaiah or CSE in the next college? My COMEDK rank is 1726.

I feel after 4 years of studying Btech that it doesn’t matter much if you are from CSE or ISE only a few subjects change per branch but what matters is the college in this case. If a IT company comes in your college then it will give equal opportunity to ISE and CSE (even ECE in 70% cases), now if you are shifting to a lower college, the amount of companies can reduce drastically, so better choose ISE in a higher college than sticking to CSE in the next college.
