Is IIIT Lucknow better than NIT Patna?

I’ll be pretty straight forward here(only talking of IT related branches),
Looking for placements-IIITL(2018–Average Package:11.32LPA, Highest 28LPA 2019–Average package:18.42LPA, Highest-43LPA)
Better curriculum: IIITL, we don’t do chemistry or physics here
Better IT culture: IIITL: all India rank of 9th, they will be heading towards Asia Finals with only a few IITs and no other Indian Institute of Information Technology ahead, 3 Gsocers in its first year itself and the number is certainly going to increase and we are the few campuses across the country to have a GitHub campus expert, a google DSC and Microsoft student partner present.
Cultural/Sports life: Here NIT Patna holds the upper-ground but with the speed, IIITL is being built we’re not gonna be holding back for much time we already have had our own MUN conference and we’re soon going to have a cultural fest and our sports teams have already started competing at the national level.
