No coaching is not at all necessary. It becomes very difficult to manage coaching and MBBS classes simultaneously. Please focus on your MBBS. However, you can keep a check on NEET PG syllabus and put extra efforts on that part of the syllabus. This will help you in your MBBS as well as NEET PG.
