Query through the RTI –
The candidate have been undergoing Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) in Master of Science ‐ Business Analytics in BITS Pilani and just completed the Comprehensive Examination of first semester.
Recently Supreme Court cancels engineering degrees given by deemed universities through correspondence course. BITS Pilani is UGC Approved deemed university but not AICTE approved. They claim that this WILP Programme is not a distance learning or correspondence course.
According to Section 2 (i) of the Right to Information Act, 2005
1) Please provide the information regarding whether the Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) in Master of Science ‐ Business Analytics in BITS Pilani is UGC approved or not.
2) Please provide the certified approval documents of the above mentioned course by UGC to the College.
