To give you a one word answer,it’s a No. No BITS Pilani Dubai Campus is not a waste of money ,instead it’s an investment of a lifetime. Just like any other investment it takes time for it give back returns but rest assured it’s not a waste. It’s an experience like no other . If you did your schooling back in India just like I did, you sure will realise sooner or later that it might be the decision you take in your academic career . I made friends for a lifetime, made connections,met people,had parties you can’t imagine,had a startup and all that because I was based in Dubai. Sure it’s a hell lot of money for college and you can complete your studies for a quarter of a cost of what you pay here but you can’t get what you get here anywhere else.
College is like a paid vacation and one should enjoy it while it lasts and I can guarantee that you will and when the time comes it sure will help you stand on your own feet.
In my experience it was worth every penny and if you have the means then you should definitely go for it.
