Is ALLEN study material good enough and sufficient to score better marks in the NEET?

In short any study material which you can understand from is more than sufficient for a person to score a rank holding score .

But for me personally

Bio — NCERT = GITA / QURAN / BIBLE

Chemistry — Ncert and questions from modules (allen/aakash)

Physics — numerical from module and theory module + ncert .

All in all I guess the above mention is sufficient enough for you .
