Is a good college necessary for a B.Arch?

One could answer this question with a short and simple Yes but find, an elaboration necessary. Any Architecture College after spending 5 yrs in the college will get you B Arch but only a good one will make one a good Architect. The learning environment, infrastructure, faculty distinguish a good one from not a good one. Therefore choose the College carefully.
