Well there is no restrictions from VIT’s side in your interest to do an internship. However, they suggest that you undergo an internship preferably after the 3rd Sem.
VIT provides you a letter signed by the Dean of your branch, that you can send to the company if required. For that you have to fill an IPT form and give it to your school office and the Letter will be in your hands in 2-3 Working Days.
However, unlike the IITs, VIT does not have its own placement cell for providing you Internships. They do send mails that they get from different companies to recruit interested students as Interns. But there is no specific Cell in the college that takes care of your Internship Training.
