If I drop a year and still go to Manipal Institute of Technology, how badly will it affect my career in CSE?

MIT is really good when it comes to bachelors. Its a bit costly, but worth when it comes to exposure you get. Here you are talking about dropping an year. Then I would definitely suggest to aim higher. Think of iits, NIT’s and BITS before MIT, if you have decided to drop an year.
