It all depends on you. If you’ve been doing a degree side by side and regardless of that you’re attempting the NEET it obviously means that YOU WANTED TO CRACK IT.
So, if you really want to be a doctor – fine.
However, you’ve literally invested your 5 years for this exam, then you’ll have to study for 5.5 more years. And then 3 more years for PG, then 3 more for Superspeciality. Even more years to establish yourself….
I’m in no way demeaning your efforts, getting a government college is a big thing in NEET. Congratulations for that … but are you willing to sacrifice so many more years on this journey or can you move on?
If you can move on, provided you’re in a course and willing to go in a different line and you’re not so passionate about MBBS, not to the extent that you’ll literally die if you don’t do it – then please steer your career in another direction.
Comes from somebody who took 2 drops for MBBS. Don’t get me wrong, I love it! I don’t want to be anything else than a doctor, but also – I always have that urgency to crack PG in first attempt because I can’t afford to lose more years …
