Before joining any college things you should consider are:
Placements.
Infrastructure
Name of college in next 4 years
Location
Clubs in college to join
As far as cse is considered u need not to look for infrastructure,
But placements are very important
Since it sector has very little growth as compared to core.
I would suggest that you look for private colleges that are famous in India and abroad. Some are SRM,VIT,manipal and other colleges in Bangalore rv,bms etc.
