It is good if you want to have a career in it. But go for a better B school. It won’t be beneficial to do an HR from a sub par B-school as you would be getting the same salary as you can get by joining a HR job directly.
You would be benefited highly if you take CAT and get even lower percentiles cause the HR profiles have lesser competition and better prospects.
