There are two possibilities for NEET 2022.
- Exam in May/June, which means you hardly have 5 months.
If by “start now”, you mean that you haven’t studied anything till now, it’s going to be tough. I would say that you just focus on NCERT for bio & chemistry (especially 12th standard and organic). For physics, study the important points and formulas. Practice PYQs of last 15 years alongwith it.
If you already have an overview of the syllabus and by “start now”, you mean that you need to brush up your concepts, you are on a safer side. Read NCERT as many times as you can for biology. Give mock tests. Practice questions alongwith PYQs. But don’t rush into anything new. Just master the concepts you have already studied.
2. Exam in September, you have about 10 months with yourself. If you haven’t started yet, start now. Stop wasting your time. 9–10 months is a long time and you can clear the exam if you study well. Just make sure you know what you’re doing. Give mock tests regularly, practice questions and PYQs. If you do not understand anything, watch video lectures. Solve previous years papers. You may also join a test series.
