There are hell lot of options apart from IIT JEE, see if you are truly an engineering guy then you should wait for another year and try hard for it, but if you are one of those who just want to go to engineering because you have not got anything else in your life to focus on, then trust me many of engineering students try for MBA after engineering, in that case don’t do engineering instead just do BBA and then go to MBA, and fact is that BTech has a negative point while going for MBA(now you will say that almost all of MBA colleges have more than 80–85% students from engineering background) but they all are very good students from around the country.
You can also do Bsc, that’s also an option. But don’t get disheartened if you didn’t clear IIT, try harder
