you didn’t mentioned anything about you dear but from my experience i can suggest you some ways that are following;
(1)If you attempted this NEET exam along with your 12th then don’t worry take a drop and enroll yourself in a good coaching ,i really believe that this time you will do better .
(2)If you are in (12+1) then also you have to take drop if you have cherish to go in medical field and want to be a Doctor ,but first of all please analyze your 2021 NEET exam paper( which you have already attempted )and reach on conclusion that what thing made you to get this less score and don’t repeat in your 2022 preparation
(3)If you are not good or not interested in hard study than please don’t waste your life in this NEET like high competitive exam ,you should go for other field like be an govt teacher & nursing course .
dear this all are in my point of view so don’t take final decision by this you have to hear your heart that really what he(heart) want to do .
but dear really i want to say that don’t be depress because of your result, a paper sheet (result ) cannot decide your future ,and in world there are numerous of example who got fail in exam but they got triumph in real life ,mind one thing that NEET is not only way to live on this earth inspite
