No you stand a very less chance through the counselling process.
You wont get into any good or top colleges. Some autonomous colleges that are not well known can offer you a seat.
You may also find seat in some unpopular branches in the 3rd campus of some good colleges.
Other than that this marks in Cet wont be any help.
