Nope not really. Many College Students flunk their first semester. Usually because everything is new and they do not know how to handle college yet.
Just be sure you pass all your required classes. and focus more and understanding the material over the high grades. Usually those go hand in hand. But not always.
In fact, failing in many cases is actually good, because then you know that you actually have to buckle down and work hard and study. Often times those who fail stop goofing off and they start being serious with their studies.
so in some cases it can actually be a benefit.
Plus Employers care more about what you learned and not necessarily about what your grades were.
