It depends upon you, how you want your life and your future to be? According to the mentioned score you have pretty good chances of getting CS both in IIIT Hyderabad and BITS Pilani(Assuming you want CS).
I got 366 marks in BITSAT and 304 in JEE mains and I chose BITS Pilani (got EEE) over CSE at IIIT Hyderabad and right now I am really happy about the decision I made. Life is fun here. It has something within the campus. Once you will be here you would know.
Coming to IIITH, don’t know about its Campus life but IIITH has something special about computer science in terms of study.
Forget about even comparing to NIT’s when its BITS Pilani.
