I failed to get Bangalore campus of Christ University but has been offered Lavasa/Delhi NCR campus. What does it mean?

It means that you couldn’t make it through the selection process of the college you applied for but since Christ has opened some new campuses recently, they ll be willing to take you into those campuses. I wouldn’t recommend the other campuses especially Delhi NCR campus as it has opened a year ago however if you have no other choice left, Lavasa campus can be thought of.
