I am planning to take IT +BI at IIIT Allahabad. Will the placements be similar to the IT branch in IIIT Allahabad?

B.Tech. in Business Informatics (IT+BI) is a newly started course which has received very good response since it’s first batch inducted in 2019. The course structure and scheme is predominantly like the flagship B.Tech. (IT) program of IIITA with Business Informatics as specialization. Though the first batch is not yet out for placements but the internship offers and project placements for current batch in its 5th semester is on par with core IT branch of IIITA. Given the fact that the Business Informatics course curriculum has all the core IT courses alongwith courses like FinTech, Business Process Modelling, Digital Marketing, Foreign Language-German / French which is a formidable combination and thus presents strong chances for placements and higher education opportunities as well.
