I am getting biotech in RVCE. But, I am interested in ECE. What is the branch change cutoff for ECE at RVCE?

There is nothing like branch change cutoff. You can be accommodated only if there is any vacant seat is available in the respective branch after first year. And roughly 9.2 to 9.5 is required for a branch change into ECE.
