I am currently in Canada and want transcripts from Panjab University. I don’t want it for WES but to get a teaching licence. Does the university send them to my address in Canada?

You cannot get a teaching license in Canada with transcripts from anywhere else. That is impossible.

To be able to teach in Canada you must have a Canadian bachelor’s degree tuned to teaching requirements (secondary panel requires two teachable subjects), plus a Canadian degree in education. That is a start.

Without Canadian degrees, you can not apply to teach.

If you do these two degrees, it is still difficult to get a teaching job unless you are willing to teach in isolated areas.
