Don’t give a rat’s ass what others say/think. All three campuses are equal. If you are interested in CS as you say you are, you should not think twice about it. Just take CS at Goa/Hyderabad. You’ll be much happier. The Electronics degrees (ENI and EEE here in Goa) are said to be very difficult. Difficult in the sense that you will have to put in MUCH more effort than people in other branches to get the same CGPA. You won’t have much time for extra-curriculars and co-curriculars, unless you are exceptionally good at time management.
I could have got ENI at the Pilani campus but I chose to stick with CS at Goa, because I am interested in it. If I were you, I’d take CS at Goa/Hyd.
If you do what you like doing, then you will do good.
