I am a student of M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology. I want to transfer to another college as I m shifting to another city. The other college is also an autonomous institute. How can I do the transfer?

You could pay the college fee for the remaining years..get a no objection certificate from both the colleges and then shift…but I’m guessing you can only shift to the other college provided there is a vacancy in that college and if ur cgpa is good..

Then there is mutual exchange..you will have to find someone in the other college (same branch as u) who would be willing to come to msrit

It would help in this matter if you know some influential person or big shot politician
