It’s nice that you have come to conclusion so early most of the mech students realize during final year and regret for not opting CSE , don’t worry my suggestion to you is join in a training institute like NIIT etc and learn Java script, Data sciences and few other important subjects of CSE simultaneously complete Bachelors in mechanical and with that degree and your training courses certificates you can try for jobs if not you can do masters in USA by writing GRE USA is really good for Cse
