I’ve heard that BITS Dubai is getting better every year, especially since 2010.
I searched for Deepak’s (the person who answered before me) batch and he went to BITS from 2003 to 2007.
I was there from 2006 to 2010.
In the last 4 years, I have seen a lot of talented intelligent batch of students getting admission in the university.
The professors are alright. Some are good, some are bad, most are average. I don’t know about you, but I hardly ever went to class. It really comes down to how much you want to study.
PROS:
- Great Infrastructure
- Better Lifestyle
- Better college crowd
- A very good syllabus for courses
- Good Technology, Cultural and Sports festivals
- City with a beach
CONS:
- Extremely high fee
- Average Professors
- Placements not very high as there is not a high demand for engineers in Dubai (esp. Computer Sc.). Please request latest placement percentages from university.
