Chitkara University is huge. I had never seen anything like this before. The moment I entered the university, I was astonished by the infrastructure, big buildings with unique names of scientists, a very different aura, and clean roads, it was like a mini-city. Small battery-powered carts were roaming throughout the campus to help us, students. The campus was filled with students wearing red and black uniforms which was very new to me, I mean we still had to wear uniforms after getting into college. But honestly, the vibe was completely different. The students over there were filled with such profound energy and doing a lot of different activities like the NCC cadets were shouting and marching at one place and drama people were practicing their drama performance at the other corner. People were playing a lot of different sports. The sports facility here is huge and my favorite part was that we have a swimming pool here and also we can place snooker and billiards pool here.
And then I went to the place I was most excited about, the canteen but the canteen here is actually a 3 story hotel but multiple joints from la pinoz to chai nagri and Indian food from different regions.
My first day was an experience I never felt before and one that I’ll never forget.
