Thank you for considering me for the answer! First of all, I’m an intern currently and myself preparing for NEET 2017 MDS entrance. What I can tell you is to be regular and systematic with studies and your preparation.
The preparation to write an exam, to be something, doesn’t necessarily start after final year or during internship. It starts the moment you decide that you want to be something. In order to become that something, in our country, you’ve to prove your worth through certain entrance exams.
-Create a list of the subjects that we have read throughout our UG term and prioritize some of them.
-Differentiate between clinical and basic sciences, know what are your weak and strong points.
-Breaks are good and often necessary but make sure they don’t last the whole semester.
-Dental pulse is our go to book, make sure you solve it thoroughly before proceeding to other authors as to stay in the competition, you must solve what very candidate would have solved by the time they appear for the exam.
-Lastly, don’t bother about what your batchmates or coaching mates are doing. Your competition is not just with them, it’s with the 30k graduates passing out every year plus the repeaters who are taking this exam for the Nth time. There’s no point of negative competition.
