I graduated this year(2016) from ISE RVCE. I am placed in VISA Inc. I’ll share my preparation and experience. For better understanding, I have grouped the matter into following sections:
Company
For every company visiting the campus, you’ll get to know the dates at least one or two weeks in hand. So, the first thing you have to do is collect information about the company and look for the profile and package offered.
If you are interested in appearing for the company, then you should look for its interview trend in the past years. There are many websites that share interview experiences of candidates like AmbitionBox, Geeksforgeeks etc. Using this information you’ll get to know major topics which the company is interested in and looks for in its applicants.
According to my experience, I have found that some companies do follow their previous trend and some of them might follow a completely new pattern.
What to study
CORE Subjects that are mostly asked in placement process are Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems , DBMS and Computer Networks
