Its depend on AIIMS , in which aiims you are going for admission .
If it is AIIMS Dehli then just after counseling you are ready for admission & medical test .
If you are in take admission in other aiims then they must you give some time for preparing yourself for college .
The time gap may be 10 to 15 days from counseling to admission
