How much are the packages offered in the electrical branch at IIT Hyderabad?

It depends upon the sector in which you want to work

core electrical 6.5–12 lpa

software 8–12 lpa

banking or analyst 8–12 lpa

PSU 8–10 lpa

software with excellent coding skills can get upto 20 lpa

few foriegn companies from Japan – upto 35 lpa when converted to rupee

note: these are average values there are packages higher and lower to these
