How is the life at BITS Pilani from the eyes of a girl?

If you are an average looking girl who is not particularly used to a lot of male attention, BEWARE!
The first week on campus you will be showered with enough attention from both genders to have compensated for it’s lack before coming to BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus. You will not get enough sleep once yours and everyone else’s parents have gone back after dropping you to this otherworldly place. You are going to find a lot of guys who would really want to know you, talk to you, be friends with you, take you out for dinner and do you favors. There are only two possible reasons for this. Number one and the most likely one, they need girls for their respective club/department and are ready to spend a lot of time and money on keeping the gender ratio close to 1:1 which is something I personally failed at for my department. Number two being the need to have a girl in the life. The girls in their batch were taken by their seniors in a similar procedure a year ago, so now the fresh juniors are the ones meant to be taken by them. They being one’s immediate seniors.
There are a few things you should be careful of. There will be guys who want neither of the above two. They are going to want to meet you only after it’s dark and in places less people frequent or only couples frequent for the shade. In my time that place was Shiv Ganga. These men are going to be really nice to you
