Hi,
Thank you for A2A. Although I am an MBA student at SNU, will still try to answer your question with as much precision as possible, and please note most of this information will be from google.
How is SNU for BTech in CSE?
If you are really into computer programming and not just want to go with the herd, then BTech in CSE is a good option. Moreover, it really doesn’t matter from where you do your graduation, if you are hungry to grab the ocean of knowledge coming to your way in 4 years. That said, SNU definitely provides an environment which will help you stand apart from the crowd. Apart from being technically and infrastructure-wise, one of the best university, it also offers lots of greenery and wildlife. Professors are extremely knowledgeable and facilities are world class. So yes, if you are into programming and want to dig in it deeper, then yes SNU is the place for you.
How are the placements for the BTech course?
Placements never define an institution. I mean, they do help you a bit, but unless you are from an IIT, don’t bother much about placements, because if you have knowledge and you have the potential, nobody can stop you from getting placed.
