The higher education is always gives better values but if you wish to join private sector in design drawing ,learning the art there in the company is far better.
if you join Govt.sector you can complete your M Tech from any IITs as Govt.sponsored candidate.
The MTech will not add any advantage in Govt.sector Promotion if M Tech is not the minimum qualification at the time of selection.
seniority loss results in the Govt sector.which has large – impact in long run.
In teaching minimum PhD is required.
