The MBA programs at Chitkara University are renowned. The MBA in Finance program at Chitkara University is a full time degree including eight trimesters of three months duration each. The program follows module-based teaching – each module has two subjects of two to three credits, with each credit amounting to 18 hours of study including classroom teaching-learning/projects and assignments. Each term has three to four modules based on regular industry inputs and requirements. Generally, a single subject carries the weightage of two-four credits, depending on its relevance and rigour. The program is aimed at fostering the students’ analytical understanding of Finance & Banking subjects, and to enable students to master the decision-making process in uncertain environments.
