Chitkara is known for it excellence in education and studies and that cannot be achieved without discipline, so rather than saying that chitkara is strict I would say its disciplined when it comes to studies and the way everything is conducted at the university. But at the same time you also have a lot of fun activities and events and workshops and club activities that balances things out.
Ok let me first tell you about the things that they are strict about, firstly you have to wear uniform (now don’t judge that too harshly its really smart and saves you from getting up every morning and thinking what to wear, secondly you have to have 75% attendance (now though in starting it is irritating but gradually you see the merit of it, as you attend classes regularly you understand your subjects better and connect well with teachers) third and the last thing they are strict about is that you cannot leave college premisses befor 4 in the afternoon and that too only if you have a pass signed by the teacher and your parent (so you may not like this rule but your parents will love it for obvious reasons). The plus put out run the strict points, like great placements, pathway programs and fabulous environmen
