How is Chitkara University for CS?

Chitkara University is a well known University. It provides quality education. But due to some unfortunate reasons, in my point of view, the quality has deceased over past 2–3 years because of the reasons –

1. Having large no of students. The count of students is increasing every year. From 300 to 700 to 1000 in just 3 years.
2. Appointing fresh inexperienced staff. To handle large no of students you need a bigger staff size. But appointing inexperienced staff just makes it worse.
3. The teachers are given random subjects to teach even though they don’t know much about that subject.
