Best infrastructure- BITS HYDERABAD
BITS GOA also has very good infrastructure but since BITS HYDERABAD was built later it has better hostels and other things.
Best placements-BITS PILANI obvious choice.
Best environment-BITS GOA by quite a significant margin.
