How good is business informatics in IIIT Allahabad (in terms of placement and curriculum), and what is its cutoff?

Speaking of quality of branch, the branch focuses on both business domain and technology domain. So, the implication of the branch till now has been pretty impressive. Now, talking of placements, we’re the first batch in this branch and the branch was introduced in 2019. So there are no placement statistics currently, but you can assume them to be almost same as of IT, coz after all the branch is IT first and then BI as a specialisation. Curriculum contains all the subjects of IT branch, and one extra subject of BI each sem starting from 2nd sem. If you belong to general category, our cutoff was around 7100 last year. So, expect the cutoff to be almost the same as low deviation is expected this year too.
