Many of my faculties want to leave. Weird policies by the management is one of the reasons. They are being asked to teach subjects which are not their field of expertise. They have way too high workload, way too many teaching hours per week. No liberty to teach subjects as per their curriculum or for that matter to conduct extra curricular activities. No support staff for clerical work or to serve coffee, etc. Unstable senior management is another issue, the school of management has recently got their 5th dean in three years. another issue in the batch size of students, which is very large. A lot of practical subjects cannot be taught in such large batches. I can go on and on, but you got the gist.
