Jossa counselling is the process for alloting seats to engineering as well as architecture colleges aspirants. Better your rank, more easily you will get in a good college with a good stream.
Before counselling, first you have to register for the counselling. Then ,you have to fill your choices for the mock seat allocation. After the mock seat allocation, the actual jossa counselling starts.
During the counselling, seven rounds are done. These rounds ensure that the student with a good rank get the college he deserve. The allocation is completely based on preference and ranks of students.
In jossa counselling, you get three options after you get a particular College. These are float, slide and freeze.Also,after getting your first choice you have to go to nearest reporting center to go for documents verification. Now, after you get the college you want to go, you should choose freeze option to accept the seat.
After the counselling is over, the candidate should go to his alloted college to submit documents as well as initial fees.
