How does the 2nd round of counselling for the NEET take place?

after the 1st round

1. if you get a college-report to the alloted college and on the same day they will ask whether you want to choose for upgradation. if yes…you ll be considered for 2nd counselling
2. if you dont get a college- you will be automatically considered for 2nd round.
