I do not know what is your version of good, I think what most of us understand by good university is that it should have a good academic environment and a good number of placement offers at the end of the graduation. If we keep these two parameters in mind, then its really good. We have really good faculty who are supportive and have a good academic background. So, as a student, I can tell you that we have a lot of opportunities here, from working for different clubs to organizing college fest or working for student run business initiatives or working for a startup being incubated. I think that University life is not only about academics only but the kind of diverse opportunities, it gives you to better yourself. I am at the end of my 2nd year of graduation and I can tell you that I have learnt so much in these 2 years. From starting to MUN to help the University Administration with its work to working as a PR rep for the college fest to working as a class representative to being a creative writer for one of the gaming studio that is currently being incubated by the university, I have gained diverse range of experiences. SNU is that place, where I feel that a person can grow, both at a personal level as well as a professional level. About academics, I think one of the best things SNU provides is the minor program. This helps a student to take up courses of another department other than what they are majoring in. In my case, I am doing a minor in Sociology along with my major in English. Similarly, there are people who take courses in computer sciences or management studies or humanities, even though their major and minor are completely unrelated.
