Any percentage from CGPA is obtained by this formula,
Percentage=CGPA×9.5Percentage=CGPA×9.5
This formula is valid for all types of CGPA, no matters about which exam we are talking about.
Ex.
Obtained CGPA= 9.6
Percentage = 9.6×9.5
= 91.2%
