The operational details of the Minor program like Eligibility, Structure and Logistics are still to be finalised by a committee headed by the Senate Chairman.
As of now, a minor program in ‘Film and Media’ has been approved by the Senate. It would be offered by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences in Pilani Campus. It has still not been finalised yet because they are gauging the interest among students to pursue this program. It will be offered only if enough students are interested. These are the details that have been provided:
- Eligibility: Yet to be finalised.
- Fees: The tentative proposal is Rs. 10,000/- to 13,000/- depending on the year of admission.
- A student on completion will obtain a certificate stating that he/she has obtained a minor in ‘Film and Media’. An entry will also be made in the transcript.
