When I was doing my ECA, WES wanted my universities to send the documents directly. Well that doesn’t happen as it costs a lot and is not university’s responsibility. So instead, I got them mail the transcripts to me as WES wanted. That is in envelopes, cross stamps and signatures across all the overlapping areas. I collected my transcripts for my grad and post grad separately and put them all in one waterproof cover and sent it across. I had not touched the envelopes other than to write the WES application number on the each, that too before I submitted those envelopes for transcripts. I don’t know how my transcripts looked. Anyway, WES accepted it.
Edit 1 – I am getting a lot of questions regarding the time of my submission. I did it in 2017 some time, do not recall exact date. Will post once I check my document.
