How do I participate in sliding round of IPU counselling & should I participate in sliding round and Is there any chance of choice degradation?

If you get a seat in 3rd round and you did not freeze it you’ll automatically be considered for sliding round.And don’t worry either you get a seat of higher preference or the previous one(3rd round seat) will be retained.You will not loose.You will gain or everything remain the same.
