Look in order to get a pg seat you need to join coaching classes…it doesnt matter whether you are from a private or govt med college…neet pg is equally tough for all bcoz of lack of seats and huge no of students competiting for it….the only difference that exists in private and govt medical college is exposure to patients..take this as an advantage to study for neet pg during your internship..as less patient load means less work load and more free time to prepare…though its wrong to devote your time more in books rather on observation in hospitals during yur internship…but neet pg would only test how much you remember and mbbs alone is not suffecient to start a practise..its just a criteria for pg…so mbbs students are inadvertantly pressured by govt itself to do so….if you are in nurture years of mbbs start reading standard books to clear you concepts then apply them in your practicals…and join good coaching classes during 3rd year till then just study and clear your concepts…and always attend DH and clinical classes..
Look my ans wont b applicable to top private med colleges like kmc,cmc since they have a good patient load…
